Hirafu No.1 Parking Terms & Conditions (Welcome Center Car Park Terms & Conditions)

Dear Members,We appreciate your cooperation.Please share these rules within your company and communicate to staff drivers and guests with rental cars.

Dropping off or picking-up your guests, or unloading ski gear. For whatever reason, never park or make a short stop on the road. Always use the Drop-off area within the No.1 Parking.

In the case the driver must be away from the vehicle, keep the engine running, turn the hazard lights on, and let the Parking Attendant know you will be away. Never park your vehicles on the pedestrian path, and always park from the end of the Drop-off Area.
※ Please note that if a vehicle is left unattended for long and obstructs usage of the Drop-off Area, we will keep record of the vehicle and also place “NO PARKING” sign on the vehicle.

Parking Attendants will guide you to the appropriate bus lane depending on the crowdedness. Please always follow the Parking Attendants instructions.
Please NOT double park on “④ Other Shuttle Buses” lane, as this would not allow the local buses to depart.
※ Please place a sticker or a sign showing to which company the vehicle belongs to. Vehicles without company sticker/signs will be restricted to usage of the Bus Lanes.

The area will be locked (no coming in, no going out) from 11:00pm to 08:00am.
Vehicles found parked during these hours will be recorded and will be placed a “NO PARKING” sign on the vehicle.
※ If the same vehicle is found on multiple occasions, the vehicle will be towed under vehicle owner’s expense.
