This winter, Kuroneko Yamato reception counter for luggage arrivals, departures, and storage will open at the Hirafu Welcome Center for guests using Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu.

・Luggage Shipping and Receiving : Ship and receive your luggage directly at the center.
・Luggage Storage : Large items such as ski and snowboard cases can be stored for 1,500 yen per item, per day.
・Convenient Delivery : Have your luggage smoothly delivered to the designated address for pickup.
