We have a variety of luxurious products only available at this time of the year using various brands of strawberries such as Kotsubu strawberries from Niki Town,
Asuka Ruby from Nara, and Amaou strawberries.

The strawberry fair will last until February 9.

The authentic Edomae sushi restaurant Sushi Azabu,
renowned for earning one Michelin star in New York and Miami,
will hold its grand opening in Niseko, Hokkaido, on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

We offer an omakase course featuring an abundance of appetizers and sushi for you to savor.

Enjoy seasonal ingredients directly sourced from Hakodate and Toyosu,
crafted into Edomae-style sushi that highlights the unique flavors of each season.

we will begin selling Heavy Snow Yakiniku Tickets!

This year, the Heavy Snow BBQ will be held on the first day of the Snowtopia Festival,
February 15th, starting at 5:00 PM!
