Address changes in part of Yamada area

The "residential indication system" will be implemented in some areas of Aza Yamada district from October 1, 2022, and the way to indicate addresses will change.

The residential indication system is implemented based on the law as a system to make addresses easier to understand.

This system will change the way addresses are indicated for many items. Examples are listed below.

・My number card, resident card, resident card, seal registration certificate
・Real estate owner's address
・Corporate address or representative's address
　(procedures must be completed within 2 weeks of the 　implementation of the system)
・National Health Insurance Nursing Care Insurance
・Child Allowance or Physical Disability Certificate

There are various other items in addition to the above.

In order to change these items

Procedures that you need to change by yourself and those that you do not need to change.
Some procedures have deadlines, while others do not, so please be very careful.
