Niseko Tourism Zone Winter Staff Training 2022

This year, Niseko Tourism Zone Winter Staff Training will be conducted in the form of watching eight videos that will be released exclusively on YouTube and taking a recap test.

There are 4 reasons why the method of holding the training has changed from the previous year.
1) Due to the delay in easing travel restrictions from overseas, there are variations in the timing of arrival of winter staff in Niseko
2) After 2 years of the spread of COVID-19, there are businesses that do not have the resources to train winter staff on information about Niseko.
3) For 2 winter seasons due to COVID-19, international and domestic guests has been looking forward to revisit Niseko. In order to provide quality services the winter staff Front Desk and Drivers and other service staff should know more information in Niseko in advance to help boost satisfaction services.
4) 3 years ago in March, there are winter staff who were unable to return to their countries due to sudden border closures. You never know when a disaster or similar situation will occur in the future. By conducting a recap test, we ask winter staffs to cooperate in submitting their email address so that administrative agencies and tourism associations can contact winter staffs directly in case of emergency.

The training schedule are;
1) start of providing information to businesses
2) Providing videos (Scheduled for early November)
3) Winter staff watches videos and take a recap test
4) Report their results to businesses
5) Request for feed back from businesses
6) Request for feed back from winter staffs from March to May
