We are now recruiting participating stores for the resident discount service "Kutchan ID+."
The first 50 stores to join by the end of December will receive a business cooperation grant of 30,000 yen (conditions apply).

About Kutchan ID⁺
Kutchan ID⁺ is a resident discount service for the citizens of Kutchan Town. By presenting a digital resident ID displayed on their smartphones, residents can enjoy special discounts at participating stores within the town.
This initiative aims to protect the livelihoods of residents by offering discounts amidst rising prices and costs in Kutchan, an international resort town, while encouraging appropriate price adjustments to reflect increasing costs like materials and labor.
The service is available to individuals who have their residence registered in Kutchan Town and possess a My Number card. For security reasons, each My Number card can register only one user. Kutchan ID⁺ can be accessed by registering online.
Requirements for Participating Stores
- Please set up resident-specific discounts and prices for eligible products or services.
- Display the Kutchan ID⁺ sticker, mini flag, or smart plate provided by the Tourism Association.
- At checkout, apply the discounted price to residents who present their "Digital Resident ID" on their smartphone.
