1 KTA introduce a list to residents in Kutchan and Niseko.
2 Residents in Kutchan and Niseko or the person who study or work in these towns are eligible
3 Term for local discount is till October 31st
4 For using local discount, customers have to bring ID like driver license or Gaikokujin card to show his/her address.
For the person who study or work in these towns, he/she have to bring student card or business card also.
