【IMPORTANT】Request for reminding your guests how to get to your accommodation

Staffs in tourist Information Centers in JR Kutchan station and Niseko station currently face to the guests who have to wait for taxi more than 1 hours before arriving at the accommodation.
We request ALL ACCOMMODATION to recheck your reminder-mail to your guests if your mail emphasize enough HOW TO ACCESS to your accommodation.
Especially if your accommodation located in Hirafu area, please let guests know NOT TO GET OFF TRAINS IN HIRAFU or NISEKO station.
