【Hokkaido】Supprementaly Budget

Hokkaido shared some document which hokkaido prefecuture assembly approved and will approved.
(Approved already till page 7, and will approved on July 1st from page 8)

On page 4, there are a project for promoting restaurants.
All restaurants for supporting this project need to get "Dai Sansya Ninsyo (authentication by Hokkaido)"
