【Hirafu Festival】 Sponsorship and Stall Openings

The Hirafu Festival will be held again this year.
This year, for the first time ever, we plan to hold both the eve of the festival and the main festival.

Eve Festival：August 18, 2023 (Fri.) 15:00-21:00
Main Festival：August 19, 2023 (Sat) 11:00-21:00 (fireworks at the end)
Venue: Sun Sports Land Kutchan
Weather: rain or shine (the festival will be cancelled in case of stormy weather)

This year, there are some changes to the application outline from last year, such as inviting applicants to open a stall on both the eve of the festival and the main festival day.
If you wish to apply for a stall, please read and understand the contents of the【Application form/How to open a stall】carefully before submitting your application.

Stall fees
【Niseko/Kutchan】15,000 yen and up per booth
　　　　　　　　　　 (including sponsorship for fireworks, one booth will be half a tent)
【Outside of Niseko/Kutchan】 20,000 yen per booth
　　　　　　　　　　 (including fireworks sponsorship; one booth will be half of a tent)
