Closing of the Vote：Thursday April 21st, 2022 5:00pm

At first, please check the envelope which we had sent to all regular members.

How to vote：To SEND or BRING the ballot paper enclosing in the blown envelope which we had sent together.
※For bringing, please come between 9:00am~5:00pm on weekdays only.

■BRINGING to
Above address or Tourism and Commerce Division of Kutchan town office in downtown area.
（Notes）The ballot paper MUST be enclosed in the blown envelope which we had sent.

Vote counting：It starts from 6:00pm on April 21st at the meeting room in kutchan town office in the presence of the necessary witnesses.
（It’s open to all regular members and you can witness the result.）

How to select：Please vote for 14 or less canditates and the 14 canditates will be elected.
（Notes）Voting for 15 or more is invalid.
If there are same score for 14th, decided by the raffle on April 22nd.

Result：The result will be announced on this website on April 22nd
