Special Emergency Notice from the Kutchan Town

Today a bear was sighted in Kutchan Town in the Hirafu area. It was sighted across from Sun Sports Land along the forest trail that goes towards Niseko Village. The hiking trail will be closed from today. The reopening of the trail will be announced at a later date.
