【Important】Request for handing in your vaccination Ticket / Regarding the 3rd Occupational Vaccination

NIC (Niseko International Clinic) that facilitated occupational vaccinations is proceeding with the monetary settlement of the program, however "vaccination tickets" were not handed in by about 300 people.

Not submitting the Vaccination Ticket not only causes NIC a financial loss, but you may not able to smoothly proceed with your third vaccination because it will not be registered in the vaccination record (VRS system).

NIC will contact each person individually, but we would like to ask for your cooperation and to let all employees know about this information.

Regarding the 3^rd occupational vaccination, KTA has come to a decision not to carry out the third occupational vaccination for the following reasons:

・The 1^st and 2^nd vaccination that the government was providing was slow in Otaru and Kutchan and KTA did the occupational vaccination to back this up.
・The government is allowing people to have either Moderna or Pfizer vaccines while the occupational vaccination uses only Moderna.
・As the 3^rd vaccination is only 1 shot, the town vaccination will be provided quicker than last time.
・KTA cannot apply to the occupational vaccination if there are not over 1,000 people and the shot will likely to be done in 2-3 days which will not give many date choices for employees. Last time this was a problem for many employees as they could not recover from the side effects in time for their next work days.

Please check with the town that you are registered for the 3rd vaccination. (Kutchan Town 3rd vaccination is planned to occur from February onwards.）
